As a Nashville native, Kendall has enjoyed watching her town grow and flourish through the years - always being aware of the impact that our homes have on our personal lives. She remembers constantly being close behind her mom, a realtor at the time, accompanying and quietly observing her mothers’ clients’ potential homes. From a young age, Kendall has had a special eye for details that matter in peoples spaces, particularly in what makes them practical and functional, but also beautiful and enjoyable.

Kendall pursued a degree in Interior Design at Baylor University and then traveled back home to gain experience at large commercial firms as well as small residential firms. After getting married and growing a family, Kendall Cox Interiors opened in 2022, a dream which has brought immense fulfillment and joy.

Kendall believes that although our homes are made merely of built materials, they reflect who we are and what we love. They are the most sacred and personal spaces in our lives. They are a dwelling place, a spot to return and rest, and a place to gather and create memories. Although the people in these spaces are what creates the memories, Kendall believes the surrounding environment is an essential component of forming these sacred moments. Kendall’s goal is to create curated spaces through designs that encourage and allow room to feel, to be, to grow - all of which are the results of a well-designed home. Finally, aware of the stress that comes with designing a home, Kendall’s hope is to make the design process as enjoyable, organized and seamless as possible.
